We have managed to discover a few pool table ping pong combo gaming tables that are actually a good value for the money.

Pool Table Ping Pong Combo Table Buying Guide

Before you begin shopping for any type of pool table ping pong combo table, you have to first limit your expectations and determine exactly what you are looking for. As mentioned above, multi game tables are designed to save space more than be high quality centerpieces of the room. If you are looking for some type of table to be the focal point of your room, you can check out are articles on the best pool table or ping pong table. These will go over higher quality options that are designed to continue to function well during frequent use.

In this article, we will only be featuring pool table ping pong combo tables. The tables listed below may contain other types of tables as well, but will always include at least a pool table and ping pong table. There will be two tiers for mainly adult use – a higher pricepoint and lower pricepoint, as well as options for the kids. Best Pool Table Ping Pong Combo Tables

1. Fat Cat Original 3-in-1, 7-Foot Pockey Game Table

Probably our favorite of all the top rated pool table ping pong combo tables is the Fat Cat Pockey 7ft Black 3-in-1 Air Hockey, Billiards, and Table Tennis Table. This is probably the best pool table ping pong combo table on the market. That being said, it is going to come at the highest price point. If you are looking for something a little cheaper, check out the two options below.

As you can read from the title, this table includes Pool, Air Hockey, and Ping Pong. It is a 7 foot table which is smaller than the standard table size for all three of those games. The table conveniently holds all of the accessories and is able to be changed fairly quickly by unlocking the latches and flipping the table over.

As you can probably tell in the photos, this table is a MUCH higher quality one than the Triumph model reviewed below. It offers the same games and the same equipment, but all at a higher level. I think that it is really a good value for the money, especially if you can get it on sale from one of the stores that carries it.

The air hockey motor on this table is a little more powerful, which makes the game play a bit more exciting. And rotating the table is a bit of a smoother process than it is with the Triumph model.

The pool table surface is made out of wood and not slate. Slate pool tables are much more expensive. The bad thing about wood is that there is a possibility of warping if there is too much moisture. This typically only happens if you have the table outside. If you are keeping the table inside, you will be perfectly fine with this game table. If you are looking for a table to put outside, you should definitely check out our guide on outdoor pool tables.

One of the things that we don’t like about this table is that the table tennis top is velcroed on. This can be kind of annoying taking it on and off, but shouldn’t affect your gameplay at all. The included accessories are on the cheaper side and you should probably opt for better ping pong paddles and pool cues.

Bottom line: If you have the space for separate game tables, you should go with individual tables for higher quality products. If not, then this is probably the best that it gets for now.

2. Triumph Sports USA 84″ 3-in-1 Rotating Combo Table

Starting off the middle tier of pool and ping pong combo tables is the Triumph Sports USA 84″ 3-in-1 Rotating Combo Table. It is a good, affordable choice that is a nice option for families. So if you are on a budget, then I believe that this one is the best combo game table for the money since it has a low price but is still a high quality gaming table. Like the Fat Cat version above, this table is also 7 foot long and allows you to play Pool, Ping Pong, and Air Hockey.

It does have a powered air blower for the air hockey table, and it seems to be fairly powerful, which is good. It also comes with everything that you need to play each game – from pool cues to ping pong balls.

To switch to the different game table tops, you just need to rotate the table top. It’s not that difficult to do. However, there are only two sides for rotating. That is because the table tennis table top is actually removable. Unfortunately, just like the table above, the ping pong table is attached by velcro which kind of gives the table a cheap feel. However, the top should stay in place and hold up while you are playing.

A lot of people have problems leveling this table, which is something to consider if you’re comparing this model to another one.

Bottom line: This is a pretty decent combo game table, but if you can afford to spend a little more then skip this one and get the Fat Cat model reviewed above.

3. Hathaway Spartan 6′ Pool and Ping Pong Table

Hathaway Spartan 6' Pool Table, 72" L x 38" W x 31" H, Black
  • DOUBLE THE FUN – Save space with this gorgeous, mid-size pool and table tennis combination table. Its lightweight tennis table top easily installs over the table frame, keeping the fun rolling at a crisp, competitive pace.
  • QUALITY CONSTRUCTION – The Spartan stands up to the toughest competition with a poly-sealed playing surface and beautiful blended felt. K819 rubber cushions ensure smooth, quick action that will last for years.
  • KID-FRIENDLY – Eliminate boredom with two classic games of skill. This 6-foot pool table is the ideal size for kids looking to grow into the game. Adults will love its premium features, stylish design and space-saving functionality.
  • STUNNING DESIGN – Black melamine and modern, burgundy playing surface create a dazzling look that will wow your friends and family. This modern style is matched on the Bandit’s jet-black, removable table tennis top.

Next on our list is the Hathaway Spartan 6′ Pool and Ping Pong Table. This is the last of our lower tier for adults and the next two pool table ping pong combo tables that we will feature will be mainly for kids.

The Hathaway Spartan table is only 6 foot long, which is an entire foot shorter than the two above options. The size difference is reflected in the price but it is still a great table if you are looking to save space.

Like the other options mentioned above, the ping pong table sits on top of the pool table instead of being on its own. This table also comes with the necessary accessories – pool cues, balls, ping pong paddles, etc.

Bottom line: If you are looking to save money or space, this table does a decent job as a pool table ping pong combo table. If you are willing to spend a little more upfront, it is worth it to try one of the above options.

4. Best Choice Products 10-in-1 Combo Game Table

First on our tier for a combo table for kids is the Best Choice Products 10-in-1 Combo Game Table. As you may be able to guess from the title, this combo table contains 10 different games – slide hockey, foosball, pool, shuffleboard, table tennis, chess, cards, checkers, bowling, and backgammon.

For the price, this is your best option for a kids’ multi game table. It is 4 feet long and allows you to change to the different games pretty quickly. Most of the accessories that come with the table are designed to be used by small kids and are smaller than the standard equipment.

One of the the negatives mentioned in the reviews is that the table was damaged upon arrival. So if you do order this table, be sure to inspect all the parts before you put it together.

Bottom line: If you are looking for a combo table for small kids, this is your best bet. Don’t expect the highest quality material or to enjoy it as an adult. But if you accept the table for what it is, this is a great table for the kids.

5. Triumph 13-in-1 Combo Game Table

The final product on our list is the Triumph 13-in-1 Combo Game Table. This table is also on the kids combo table tier. It is made by the same company, Triumph, as the adult 3-in-1 version above. The kids version table contains 13 games you can play and is only 4ft long.

The 13 included games are basketball, table tennis, billiards, push hockey, launch football and baseball, tic-tac-toe and skee bean bag toss. The table also includes strategy games: chess, soft tip darts, checkers, archery, and backgammon.

As with the Best Choice Products table, some of the reviews complain about this being a cheaply made product with broken parts. Be sure to inspect all of the parts before putting it together so you are able to return the table or get replacement parts if this happens.

Bottom line: Don’t expect the highest quality table and you will be satisfied with this table. Meant for kids and the 13 different game options will give them hours of entertainment.

This article mentions three different options for buying a pool table ping pong combo table – best adult table, lower-priced adult table, and a kids table. Here is a quick run through if you know what you are looking for.

  • Which would you say is the better option/combination table to buy — the Fat Cat 7ft 3-in-1 or the Berner 7 ft 6-in-1 Multi Game Table? I’ve seen some buyers with very negative reviews of the quality of the Fat Cat 3-in-1…

    • Honestly, we find that Berner makes a bit higher quality table than Fat Cat in this instance. So, if you can afford the higher cost of the Berner model, it is definitely the better table.

      • Thanks for the helpful
Information. I have also short listed the Fat cat 7’, Triumph 7’ and Berner 6-in-1. Primarily looking for teen game room, Air hockey, pool and table tennis. Berner seems to have proper size table tennis. Kids are most excited about air hockey.
I had a few questions regarding Berner:
        1. Are the tops stored/stacked underneath or will they take up room space?
        2. Does it rotate between air hockey and pool or other combinations?
        3. It has very limited reviews online. Any videos or websites you would recommend?

  • Please let me know which in your opinions are the best combo tables for
    between $2000 and $3000 …….
It’s going to be a special Xmas/birthday gift for the family…..

    Thank you so much,

    • Hi Glen,

Good news, you don’t have to spend that much to get a top-of-the-line multi-game table! I suggest you take a look at the “13 in 1 Combination Game Table by Berner Billiards” – it’s the only combination game table we rate 5/5 so far (you can see it in our comparison table above) and it’s definitely worth the money. The price is well under $1500 and its made by one of the highest quality brands when it comes to table games. Though I do think the rotating table in the Fat Cat model is really cool, the quality with it just isn’t as high as you get with the Berner Billiards model.

Since your budget is $2,000-3,000 and this Berner Billiards multi-game table is much cheaper, I suggest you take some of that money you saved and pay for assembly! My household has put some tables together like this (as well as some standalone game tables) and it is definitely more of a challenge than it appears!

      Have fun surprising the family!

  • I have heard that the air flow is quite bad on the Berner 13 in 1 combo, rendering the air hockey game kind of useless. What has been your experience?
